Will I meet you?
Yes. We offer a free face-to-face or telephone consultation to understand your dog's personality and needs.
How do you arrange picking up and dropping off the dogs?
We will collect your dog from your house at a designated time set by you, and then return them safely after their walk.
How does payment work?
We will invoice you every 4 weeks, you can pay by cash, bank transfer or by posting a cheque.
Which areas do you cover?
We are currently covering Tooting, Balham and Streatham.
Do you do off-hours walking?
Yes. Please contact us for details.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you have to cancel or add a walk last minute, please try to give us at least 24 hours notice. We do try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible.
What do you do in case of an emergency?
In the unlikely event of an emergency, we will immediately call and notify you.
If veterinary assistance is required, we will take your dog to your nominated vet or to the nearest possible one depending on the circumstances.
What do you do with my key?
Keys are held in a storage box and are coded. Addresses and phone numbers are never attached to keys and the codes are kept separately.
When you end your contract with us Mucky Paws will personally return your keys to you.
